    customer issue Will not ship to region

    Have a current version install using the "Per Item" shipping module.

    When trying to place an order, customers are getting the following notice -
    wE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ORDERS FROM YOUR REGIJON AT THIS TIME

    So far, I am unable to find out how to open up the region setting. Any help is appreciated.

    If you go to your Zen Cart Admin and to the Modules ... Shipping ... and edit the Per Item item module, do you have a Zone set on that?

    No. Here is what the parameters are set to:

    Shipping Zone
    --none--

    If you look in Modules ... Shipping ... How many shipping modules are installed?

    Do they have Sort Orders? If so, are they all set to values that are unique and greater than 0?
