Development Conference. Thoughts?

I was curious what the development team and or anyone else thought about a conference. Several other eCommerce solutions (who's name I'm not mentioning) have these conferences. Where they exchange ideas, tips, and networking. It would also be nice to put some faces to the users.

I was thinking something in person. It's just a thought...

I don't know, Chicago would be fairly central, and usually has inexpensive airfare. Las Vegas for whatever reason is a preferred location for many. Zen Ventures is in Oregon so maybe there.

I really was just putting the thought out there...see if anyone else had thoughts...I think we could really bring it to the next level.

Count me in. It needs to be somewhere a little more central than Chicago or Las Vegas though.

I've checked the map and it'll need to be either the middle of the Pacific ocean or somewhere in Central Africa

Hawaii sounds nice.

I guess my next step is to set up an account on 'gofundme' to raise the ~$5000 needed for the airfare, else I couldn't afford it (being on a pension). :-(

It DOES sound like fun though. :-)
