USPS shipping does not show since July 3(?) on one of zen cart sites

We did not change any settings, but one of our zen cart websites does not show USPS shipping rates since around July 3rd. USPS module version was 2014-03-07. After we noticed USPS rates were not shown, I upgraded USPS module version to 2015-05-31, but the rates are still not shown. I changed template to classic zen cart template temporarily, but rates are still not shown. UPS rates are shown fine and other website which has same zen cart v1.5.1 and USPS 2014-03-07 shows USPS rates fine.

Could you help me please?

What version of Zen Cart? v1.5.1
Is it a new install or an upgrade? No
What the addons/contributions you have installed? USPS and UPS
What type of server are you using? Hostgator
What version of PHP is installed on the server? 5.2.17 (Zend: 2.2.0)
What version of MYSQL is installed on the server? MySQL 5.5.42-37.1
What you were doing when your problem occurred? Nothing, nothing was changed
Have you attempted to fix the problem? Yes
What steps have you taken? removed USPS 2014-03-07 and installed USPS 2015-05-31

If you go to the Modules ... Shipping ... in your Admin, do you have Sort Orders set on your shipping modules? If so, are they all unique values greater than 0?

If you edit the USPS shipping module, what shipping methods are checked?

Could you turn on the Debug to Logs at the bottom of the settings? Now, try another shipping quote in your store ... Next, look in the directory /logs and you should see a Shipping debug log ... Zip that Log and post it as an attachment to your next post for review ...

I just checked the USPS shipping rates, and now the rates are shown.
I do not know what was the problem @@ because
I did not do anything after I uploaded previous message last night

By the way,
Modules->Shipping -> Sort Orders = 1

1st-Class Parcel,Priority,Priority Express,Priority Intl, Priority Express Intl

You are most welcome ...

10 to 1 USPS just had communication issue when you were checking for quotes ... should it happen again, the logs might indicate the problem if they are generated when the problem is happening ...
