How to view all products that have attributes

Greetings All,

Been searching, but no luck. Does anyone know of a way to view all products that have attributes associated with them on a single page? It seems unless you keep track yourself, there is no way in ZC to know which products (at a glance) have attributes and what option/values are assigned to them.

This makes it very challenging when you are managing many options / values across 100's of products in many categories!

Unless I'm completely missing this in the admin???

FWIW, I don't remember seeing a plugin that does this and when I googled zen cart view only products with attributes nothing magically appeared either.

I think this may be a useful feature. If anyone else has any suggestions, that would be great. I will most likely need to create this for my needs, but would be helpful to find something close that I could modify rather than start from scratch!

This Stock by Attributes will do what you are asking for.

Thanks for the suggestion RodG,

I'll give it a go! Stock by Attributes shows good for ZC 1.5.1. Hope it's not too much effort to get it working with 1.5.4.

Have you installed on 1.5.4?

There's a version of SBA written for ZC 1.5.4 (http://github.com/potteryhouse/stock_by_attribute_1.5.4), though different than that one and I don't recall seeing an option to display all products that have attributes, but rather all products (hmm may need to modify some code to "correct" that). Easypopulate v4 offers the ability to download all of the attributes of products, but it isn't an admin "display" of it.

Oooerr. I didn't quite catch that the OP was using ZC1.5.4

It's not an option per se, it is just that unless a search query is entered, then by default it will show all products with attributes. Well, at least in does on the installation I have.

Well I'll be... I guess it didn't dawn on me that it did in fact only show product that had attributes in the admin list. Still does, so no change, but one "caveat" is that there is now an option to limit the number of product displayed on a page... (Can be considered a convenience or a hindrance depending on the desired method of use. :)) To see all product on a single page, would need to set the number per page to be equal to or greater than the count of products... (default for selecting 0 is 20 based on ZC 1.5.3 code).
