You could set every product as virtual. This will skip the shipping address

Ok, sorry. I didn't word that correctly. We are using the built-in Store Pickup module to select which of several drop points the customer would like to have their order delivered to.

If I enable everything as virtual, then selecting a drop point is no longer an option.
