Default Help trying to setup Authorize.net

I am getting an Error 13 alert email back when I try to test my Authorize.net gateway. The error says "The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive." I have checked both of these pieces of information multiple times as well as created a new transaction Id multiple times with no success. Tech support at Authorize.net assures me that the account is active and live and that I am using the correct API login. They are suggesting to contact my shopping cart provider for further assistance. I'm at a loss as to what to do next and hoping for some help. I am new to Zen Cart and also a beginner in this arena. Any help would be appreciated.

These might help to double check your setup. You didn't say if you were working on AIM or SIM setup.

I am working on AIM setup.

I have gone thru this setup guide earlier and have double checked all of this info. I believe I have this part setup ok.

If you are using ZenCart version 1.3.9f you should upgrade before proceeding

Also, you did not state if you have a SSL certificate or not??

    I do have an SSL.

Regarding my version of ZenCart I am a little confused. At the top of my admin panel it says I am running version 1.3.9f however when I go the QuickInstall on my C-Panel (where I installed ZenCart) it says that version 1.5.1 is installed.

When I look at my Server/Version Info in my admin panel - it also states that it is 1.3.9f and again says that at the bottom of the server/version info page.

when I go the QuickInstall on my C-Panel
I suggest that one very seldom use this - and NEVER to upgrade a working site

I trust the ZenCart admin panel
