i forgot to change the catalog config file define from main to testsite, dont remember how its been like that.

when i was looking at testsite admin actually looking at catalog admin, but it didnt make any changes over there

i have activated insurance and am comparing it to the other ups module rates and they are always the same. insurance doesnt get activated.

Could you go to Modules ... Shipping ... and click on United Parcel Service XML upsxml and cut & paste the settings in the right hand panel to your next post?

So far, providing the order is over $100.00 I have Insurance added to the shipping cost ...

I just do a quick test of the shipping with an order over $100.00 with the setting:

Do you want to insure packages shipped by UPS?

False

Set to false ... then try the same quote with the setting set to true to see the difference ... and it seems to work fine ...
