    Default Contact Us not working, receiving alert messages even though all fields filled in

    The Contact Us feature is not working. All the fields are filled out correctly, but I just receive alerts that that they are not filled out correctly, and of course, no email is sent.

    I have an SSL certificate installed on my site. Does this have any bearing on this issue? If so, what would I have to change to make the Contact Us form work?

    My guess - your template files have been modified and it doesn't post the data it should (field names expected by the header_php.php file). Try switching to the default "classic" template and see if the form gets sent. If it does, then you need to double check your includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_contact_us_default.php file.

    EDIT - it's got nothing to do with your SSL certificate...

    I tried it in the classic version, and I'm still getting the same error messages... I'm at a loss, because I haven't changed any of these files associated with the Contact Us form since installing zen cart.

    You've apparently installed either a template or a plugin that makes modifications to the contact_us page; the out-of-box Zen Cart functionality does not include a subject for the contact_us form.

    The fact that the issue occurs on both your customized and the default template implies that the processing error is in the page's header processing (/includes/modules/pages/contact_us/header_php.php).

    Here is a link to my site: https://shop.atomicorchard.com/

    I actually didn't install any plugins besides the template or change anything in those contact us files... I'm not sure how it got messed up...

    Yeah, that's Anne's template and her template files come with the subject line included (but the header_php.php has it covered).

    Can you try disabling SSL for starters? It shouldn't have any affect, but still...

    Oh, one more thing - it seems that your includes/configure.php has an extra slash. Please check the HTTP_SERVER and HTTPS_SERVER lines and remove any trailing slashes.

    You know, I noticed that too and was wondering why it was giving me the extra slash. However, the HTTP_SERVER lines aren't the cause, as this is how they exist:

    define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://shop.atomicorchard.com');
    define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://shop.atomicorchard.com');

    define('ENABLE_SSL', 'true');

    So that didn't work....still incredibly baffled.
