Zen Cart v1.5.4 and PHP 5.4

Just wanted to clarify a discrepancy.

On the "What are the Server requirements to run Zen Cart?" page found here, it states under the PHP Versions that "Zen Cart v1.5.4 is designed for PHP 5.5 and PHP 5.6 (and can be compatible with PHP 5.3.7* thru PHP 5.4 if some bugfixes are applied)"

However, on the Zen Cart v1.5.4 Released! page found here it makes no mention of the "... PHP 5.4 if some bugfixes are applied".

My question is, are there bugfixes that need to be applied to ZC 1.5.4 to function under PHP 5.4? If so, where would I find the bugfixes?

I would suggest installing in a development environment using PHP 5.4 and running some test orders and checking the logs to see what errors come up.

I have a feeling that 1.5.4 makes use of some newer PHP functions that may not be available with 5.4.

I'm trying to figure out what the bug fixes are as well. If anyone has any ideas about what sort of bugs I am looking for I'd appreciate that. It's better to start with an idea of what I"m looking for.

FWIW, I've got a couple of Zen Cart v1.5.4 sites that are running on a variant of PHP 5.4. That version of Zen Cart has already includes corrections to the PHP 5.4 issues discovered during the ZC 1.5.1 timeframe.

No. It was a misprint. ZC v1.5.4 should work just fine on PHP 5.4.
