Are monster templates compatible with 1.5.4

I have Zen-Cart 1.5.1 and monster template.

I'm trying to upgrade to 1.5.4

I can install 1.5.4, but when I add the theme files, my administration panel stops working. As soon as I upload the theme files when I go to the admin it just comes up completely blank.

I figured out specifically what file causes the admin panel to go blank.

The template contains a file called function_poll_manager.php in the extra functions folders of the admin folder. That causes the entire admin panel to go blank.
