shared ssl issue

Hi I am using zencart on a site hosted with a shared ssl folder, (not ideal I know) but I have followed all the steps to enable ssl and changed the https links as needed, access to the admin part worked fine and is now a secure login, but on the site it's self when I click login the link doesn't work and I am struggling to figure out what the issue is.

Also If I view the site using the secure https link the theme disappears. The site is setup in a folder on the root directory but there is also a wp site as the main site.

Can anyone help please (very frustrated, this is my first time using zencart too.)

As you've discovered, it can be tricky setting up in a shared-SSL environment. What hosting company are you using?

Is it possible to post a link to your site? If you don't want it "found" by search engines, specify it like www.mystore(dot)com.
