Users find password not working

Hi,

It was working good this the past. Don't know why suddenly customers can't login by existing password, and the password reset function is not working too.

I tried turn back to php5.4v from php5.6v, but still can't resolve the problem.

Please help. Thanks in advance!

How can I edit or change customer's password for testing and helping customer setup from admin?

Problem solved.

But want to know which file can I edit the content of resetting password notification email ?

/PATH_TO_HOME_DIRECTORY/email/email_template_password_forgotten.html

try:

/PATH_TO_HOME_DIRECTORY/email/email_template_password_forgotten.html

This works for html provided emails; however, for text only emails look in: includes/languages/english/password_forgotten.php

Or the applicable override for template and language..
