cart error Security header is not valid

    Hello,

One more issue to resolve and I think my website will be working.
When attempting to pay with PayPal, the system reports: Security header is not valid. Is this related to a SSL issue?

    Regards,
    Ron

Going out on a limb here, but check the credentials that you are using against the way paypal is setup. Ie, be sure not using sandbox credentials with live store or vice versa or just plain the wrong credentials. :)

Hello and thanks for responding to the post.
I have triple checked the credentials, if they are not correct, I don't have a clue how . Hum, sandbox. Yes, Zen Cart is current configured to use the sand box. I had no clue that the credentials are different for the sand box. Ok, stupid question time. How do I set up a sand box on PayPal? I has "assumed" every thing is the same except PayPal simply throws everything away if Zen Cart is pointed to the sand box url(s).

EDIT: OK, I just googled PayPal sand box. I see what I need to do. So, yes I have a big miss match between Zen Cart and Pay Pal. Thanks for getting me going in the right direction !!!

    Regards,
    Ron

Welcome, glad that if not mistaken that was about the"last" thing that needed to be fixed on your site. As to the "mix up" of credentials, if it means anything I too thought that the credentials of oone account type would work in the other when I first started using it. We all gotta start somewhere. :) Happy zenning!
