PayPal Pro and express not showing

I have both express and pro showing green and nothing else checked in payment modules.

When I go to checkout all I get is check/money order. Neither of the paypal modules show.

Have you verified all the credential are correct for the PayPal API?

Yes.
I removed both the Express and the Pro and installed the standard and it does the same thing.

Got it fixed.
Reinstalled both payment modules.
