We installed the latest USPS shipping module last week, and it was working fine until last night. A customer placed a successful order around 7PM ET, but then we got an email around 8 from a different customer saying that no shipping options were available. We confirmed this - when you select an item, no shipping methods are shown in the shipping preview, or when you go to check out.
We had not made any changes to the site when this started happening, and our hosting service (FutureQuest) says that there were no server upgrades during that time. Uninstalling and reinstalling the shipping module did not help.
What could have changed that would cause this? We've taken the site off line until this can be resolved, but we're not really sure where to look.
