I have a returning customer that can't login to my site.
His password is not accepted, the Forgot Password link says the email addy is not in the system. This is strange because I can see the email address under both of his orders. He has confirmed that the mail addy is correct.
I went into phpMyadmin and the customer does not exist under MYSITENAME_ZC1/zc_customers but I did find him under MYSITENAME_15/zc_customers.
I tried changing is password but I still get an error message ( Error: Sorry, there is no match for that email address and/or password.) when I try to login using his email addy and the new password.
HELP!
