Log in account for staff

Hi dear! May I know that is it possible to create another log in account for my staff so they can only upload products and cannot see my customer's profile?

In your admin, go to

Admin Access Management => User Profiles and press add profile

Enter a name for the new profile, and select the pages you want to show.

Next press save.

Then you go to Management =>Admin Users and press edit on the user you want to give the new profile.

This functionality doesn't exist out-of-the-box in ZC 1.3.9f, but is in the ZC 1.5.x series. Further because of the current status of PHP and it's near term future, it is highly advised that the store be upgraded/rebuilt to the latest version (currently 1.5.4). That said, if choose to stay with the current version of ZC there is a plugin for the ZC 1.3.9 series that offers admiin profiles that is unnecessary in the more recent version(s).

Oops missed that she was still on 1.3.9 . So yes it is time to upgrade

It would be in your admn panel after you have upgraded your ZC software to the latest version. Software is available from main page of this forum: http://www.zen-cart.com. The upgrade process is provided three posts back.
