Invoice problem

Hello,

I have a problem on the printed invoice (see attachment), on the invoice you see

part, model, tax, price ex tax, price inc tax, price total ex tax, price total inc tax.

As you notice the amounts are the same instead of added taxes , anyone can tell me
how to fix it ?
