would anyone be willing to check out www.soapurban.com to see what i did wrong? i followed instructions on uploading template from the developers website but it did not work properly. not sure what to do about it. any help would be great. thank you!

Sometimes uploads burp and files get messed up. I'd try uploading the files again, maybe just trying the ones in / includes/templates/template name/common.
My computer is off right now so I hope I'm getting the path name correct.

Ps: if you reset it back to the default template does it load?

I see the problem. Apparently you installed Prestashop rather than ZenCart.
