Renaming Admin Different Server

I am moving my site (B) v 139h to another host and at the same time upgrading it.

I have successfully moved the database and cleaned it up. Have uploaded a fresh zen v154

Since I have a different site (A) on the same server using v150 I looked at the configure files on it and copied it, just changing the database for site (B).

I am at the point where I am about to run the zc_install and choose "Upgrade", assuming I got all the database settings correct, it should connect it.

My question is, at what point should I rename the admin? After it has been upgraded or before I hit the upgrade on zc_install?

The renaming of the /admin is always done AFTER the upgrade ...
