Lost access to .CSS

Hello all,

This is going to be interesting. I installed ZC onto my GoDaddy hosting using their installer. At that time, I had two domains going... hoopsandbrown.co (the main domain) and colorstock.pictures as an add on domain.
Everything worked fine until I decided to drop the hoopsandbrown.co and make the colorstock.pictures the main domain. I erased all the hoopsandbrown files and moved all the files from the collorstock.pictures folder and placed them into the root folder of my hosting.
Remember, this is all within the same account, I did not need to move the database.
So anyway, everything seems to work well accept that there is no CSS at all. None on the website or on the admin side either. What could I possibly be missing? I have tried looking through the FAQ's and the wiki all to no avail. Here is a screen shot of my site:

Did you actually go look for your css files to see if they copied over? Do you have a backup of color stock that you can compare to to see if you missed any files?

One can not do this
Your host needs to make this change

You can do this with most hosts.

Yes, everything looks correct. I compared the server versions with my back up and it all "seems" to match.

I just brought up colorstock.pictures on my iPad complete w css. Did u clear cache?

I take that back. I can bring up home page and some others, but once I select background pictures, it loses it.

What do your two configure files look like? ( hide personal stuff). If you go to cpanel, what does it tell you your homedir is?
