Selling Gold Module

After some late nights it would seem I've got the Selling Gold module working on Zen Cart v1.54!

This is the original module:

The new version is a properly integrated new product type - Product - Gold along with corrected layout in the admin. There is also an independent product page you can customize including all of the switches regular products have.

Product Gold pricing can be updated on the Currencies menu, then with one click... all bullion prices can be updated!

Where are you getting the value of XAU currency? As far as I know, both xe and oanda no longer provide the updating that ZC used to use.

I've left all of the fetching code intact in case folks want to use a different free service or perhaps a paid one.

Also, there is a bullion lookup script on the currency page that can be programmed to search your choice of currency/bullion on screen for manual updates.
