I think you are nesting your forms so that when you submit it is following the parent. Google it and see.

yes, indeed the forms are nested...very obvious on a view source

also something else that stands out....you have a fair amount of third party content being pulled into that page from multiple flooring manufactures, and adameve...
That last one might wonder someday why there site is being used to feed content to your site....especially being what they sell over there...just sayin
