I have been getting notices from my customers who are saying that they have placed orders and then gone back into their order information page, Status History & Comments, Order Status to find that the order is marked "Delivered" when it is just shipped and put in the Post Office bin ready for pick up. I am using stamps.com (latest version), and a template (Genesis). How can I change the status to something less anxiety producing? Can I personalize it, such as "Given to the Post Office" or is there an alternative wording? I did manage to change this once about 7 years ago, and I don't remember how I did it. I have looked in the Admin Panel but have not seen where this can be modified. Thanks for your help on this small but irritating problem.
