I have a product website and have had an order go through on Dec 13th for $570.23, but amount charge customer through paypal was $459.60. Does anyone know why this would happen. I called paypal and they said the $459.60 is the amount that came over from website so for some reason the website transmitted that number but the invoice from the website says $570.23. Can anyone help me with this? I will attach to show my website charge info.

What version of Zen Cart?
Which PayPal module? (I can't read your screenshot very well)
Is the difference in price related to currency rates?
What currency was the customer shopping in? Is that your store's default currency? What's the exchange rate configured in your store for that currency?
Is the difference in price related to shipping costs? Or taxes?
What are all the addons/plugins that you've installed on your site?.

no its not a difference. The order was from Australia and we have done several orders there in the past and also for this customer. This was a first time occurrence. All other orders out of the country have been correct. That's why I'm so confused because this didn't happen the last time this same customer ordered.
our default is US, not sure where to see the exchange rate at.
No the difference isn't shipping or taxes.
