Changing lbs to kg's

Hi I sell cake decorating non taxable edible supplies and these are all based in kg's

Is there a modification or indeed an option to change this over as this also affects the postage ( we use kg's not lb's in the UK)

Also on a separate note while I have someones attention ... when working with attributes do I have set up all the products (250g, 500g,1kg,5kg of the same product etc) and link them or is there another way.

I have tried adding different size attributes but its picking up the smaller price and adding the sale price onto it - I need to show the price of the larger products rather than just the increment.

FYI I haven't installed EZpopulate yet - would this help in my quest?:)

No I didn't see that big old box down the bottom but have now and the lbs-kgs has been sorted ...

Any ideas about the above?
