No acceptance of payment after free shipping in ot_shippin

hello,

I've installed in ot_shipping free shipping from 75 euro. If someone orders above this amount, all payment modules are disappeared. According the message the is no payment possible for this region at this moment.
How can I solve this. Because if a client has below 75 euro he has all the payment modules available.
I think it should be a simple problem, but I am facing now 2 days to this problem. That is the reason for question for this forum.

Are you offering the Free Shipping with ot_shipping on Orders >= 75 to National, International or both?

Do you have Zones on your payment modules?
