What to update for the jan. 17, 2016 USPS update?

You thought you were doing something wrong ... gads!

I loaded the zip to a test site and thought initially it was the plugin test as it threw me an error result that was similar in that it redirected my page somewhere else ... but it was just the language file being the code file ...

Now all is right in the world once more ...

I always immediately think it's something stupid I have done. LOL! (Like being so tired on Friday I installed K7 instead of K8 in the test cart.) But the correct one is now installed and seems to be working properly & rates increased as expected (unfortunately for the customers)...but that means the module is working. :)
