USPS K8 new rates don't seem to quote First Class > 13 oz < 15.999 oz

Sorry. I knew what I was trying to say but obviously not as clear to others.

I am saying "All appears to be functioning as expected for 1st class Online and Retail" (at least in my world right now)

First test was using ONLINE rate quotes. 0-16 ounces. First Class Package (which is only available online)
2nd test was changing settings to RETAIL. No quotes for First Class Package (which is correct since that is an online only service)
3rd test was leaving settings @ RETAIL. 0-13 ounces. First Class Parcel (which is retail only??)

I only tried the Retail settings because of something you said and thought that test might be helpful.
Dumb me didn't think to enable the 1st class Parcel and First Class Package classes.

Looks good. Logfiles attached if you need them for any future purpose.
0.85+0.1 pound = accurate 1st class quote
0.88+0.1 pound = accurate 1st class quote
0.89+0.1 pound = No 1st class quote
0.98+0.0 pound = accurate 1st class quote
0.99+0.0 pound = No 1st class quote.

Not sure anyone could expect anything better. If you have any specific parameters for a dummy to test, just ask.

I was just trying to indicate cart weight + tare weight in case it made a difference to Linda
