Upgraded from 1.5.1 to 1.5.4 Installed 1.5.1 first, clean copy, no mods. I then downloaded 1.5.4 and dragged and dropped all of the files and folders except the zc_install folder.
When I logged into the admin I get the following error across the top:
Warning Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Tools->Server Information to review patch levels.
How do I do this?

re run zc_install and select "Upgrade Database Only"

Zen Cart is a web application. There's no .exe file involved. Originally Posted by chyster

So, in the case of zc_install, you upload the zc_install folder to your website (just like you upload all the other files to run the store), and then in your browser, go to http://YOUR_SITE_NAME.com/zc_install and follow the instructions..
