Zone Shipping - would like to add short description

Hey all, I got my zone shipping up and it seems to be working. No more Canadians getting over on shipping ;)

So, when the product goes in the cart, it shows below how much shipping will be, like so:

"Zone Rates (Shipping to US)" .. $7 or something

What I'd like for it to read is:

"Zone Rates (Shipping to US, USPS Priority Mail with Tracking)" .. $7 or something

Anyone know how I can add this? I'm using Westminster new responsive template if that matters.

The shipping text is set on this line:

                $shipping_method = MODULE_SHIPPING_ZONES_TEXT_WAY . ' ' . $dest_country . $show_box_weight;

Where is that located? I switched to PC and now I can't search for strings of text

think i found it: includes/modules/shipping/zones.php
