    red flag Problem with customer address missing from orders

    Hello, some orders, after a new install and upgrade / migration, are missing the customer info, I check the tables, the order ID is correct and the customer ID also, order total and products als ocorrect, but the shipping and billing address are missing as such as other customer details, why is this happening? How can I fix this?

    You said you "checked the tables", but you didn't say whether the customer address-book table contains the actual correct address data.

    You said you did a new install and copied data over. Is it possible that you missed copying the address_book table?

    Ok I did forgot that table, Im fixing it right now, I was fortunate I did a test order once I migrated, so I just copied all new records on that table since my test order and now Im changing their index id and adding them back again. I think this will work.

    Ok I did forgot that table, Im fixing it right now
    Please backup your database before proceeding - to allow you a fall back if what you are doing is not correct
