Orders missing inside the Admin

Hello.

Very unusual issue I came across today - I have a 1.5.4 ZenCart installed on a new website and I discovered I cannot overview the Orders from within the Admin area.

When a customer completes the checkout, I get the normal message with everything inside as usual, it's just that when I go to ADMIN > ORDERS .. I get the empty box, with "0 orders" made.



If going back to the Admin Index site, I can see all the latest orders normally in the "Latest Orders" box on the right side (see below):





I also cannot browse through specific user's orders as I also get the 0 orders as in the first image.


Anyone having the same issue and got to a solution?

1. Plugins installed.
2. Payment method used.
3. Origin of fileset.
4. Differences (modifications) between site and vanilla install.
5. Is an upgrade of anything involved?
6. Was this a test purchase following install, or on a live site?
7. Did it work before and now not? If so, what changed?
8. Were all files uploaded?
9. What error logs are in your logs directory, don't post the admin directory name. Obscure it.

This is not something that is specific to ZC 1.5.4 as in happening to everyone.

Thank you for your reply. I managed to fix it myself last night.

It was a stupid error. The orders were NOT shown inside the admin, because I did not have any "Order Status" (Admin > Localization > Order Status) created. As soon as I created three most common statuses (Pending, Completed, Cancelled) and did another test order, it got shown properly.

I solved the issue with a few missing orders on the list by manually editing their "Order_Status" within the MySql database in the zc_orders table.
