Scratch that. Previous time error code was received was 12th March. Not a flat or apartment address just normal address type, order went through on second attempt using Paypal instead. Error code email sent to us mentioned different billing address as to the one mentioned on the order page of successful order.
So I am thinking maybe Paypal has changed the error code message for all times a customer puts the wrong billing address now? It just looks a little awkward mentioning 'risk model' now, as it is perhaps simply user error?
