USPS and UPS shipping stopped working today! Help!

Hi,

I'm in panic mode becuase I am losing sales


Starting today, everyone is getting this error when checking out:

United Parcel Service United Parcel Service
We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

United States Postal Service
An error occurred in obtaining USPS shipping quotes.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please try refreshing this page, or contact the store owner.

I checked with my Hosting company and they said it's not on their end.

If you look in the /logs do you see any debug logs?

What version Zen Cart?

What version php?

If you run the file:
/includes/extras/curltester.php

do you get any errors?

Thank you for your quick response! I am using v1.5.4 and php is 5.5.32 (Zend: 2.5.0)
I will run the file and check to see what it says.

If I ran it correctly it says:

403
Forbidden

Access to this resource on the server is denied!

Is that file actually on your server? (many delete that directory from their server)

I checked logs and found this:

If that directory and file is on your server, check the file:
.htaccess

and at the bottom you will see:

# NOTE: GoDaddy runs PHP as CGI, so the -ExecCGI on the line below may block .php scripts from running in this directory
OPTIONS -Indexes -ExecCGI

So remove the -ExecCGI

That file does not come with Zen Cart not sure why it is trying to load it but has nothing to do with failing to get quotes ...
