While trying to track down why I am experiencing the issue identified in this thread which I am still experiencing, I came across the following issue in admin/products_to_categories.php once I picked a product that had at least one attribute.
TEXT_PRICED_BY_ATTRIBUTES
does not appear to be defined.
Though it is defined in: admin/includes/languages/english/attributes_controller.php
and admin/includes/languages/english/products_price_manager.php
