[Done v155] Upgrade of config files sets ssl to true

In an effort to work around the database upgrade sql issues documented in this thread https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread....ates-to-get-to I decided to try and first upgrade to 1.5.4. That upgraded the database correctly then I imported the 1.5.4 database, uploaded the 1.5.5 files, and restarted the zc_install. It notified me that an upgrade of the config files was required. I performed the upgrade and successfully complete the upgrade of the database to 1.5.5. When I logged into the admin I found that it was attempting to load page using https even though the 1.5.4 config files were set to ssl false. I looked at the updated 1.5.5 config files and found that ssl was set to true and in the admin config file the HTTP_SERVER define value was https://. After manually updating those files it worked correctly.

I can verify that this is corrected in the 3/21 zip.
