I'm frustrated because I can't duplicate this issue. We are using FREESHIPPER - as the only shipping module installed AND we have no zones specified. So I'm not sure how this comes up for some customers.

Sales are way down, and if it weren't for some customers emailing us screenshots of this error we wouldn't know it's happening.

We're using no plugins.

Yes, I have....and many others as well. They all appear to be different causes/solutions.

We're using a vanilla setup with no consistency of the issue (makes troubleshooting a nightmare).

Just not sure what to do.

I found the second such link to be rather informative, could you perhaps answer the questions here that Ajeh asked about the freeshipping setup?
