Default PayPal email on March 11th. Discontinue Use of GET Method for Classic NVP/SOAP APIs

I am not totally sure what PayPal is looking for here. Is Zen-cart v 1.3.9h compatible with PayPal's new requirements for GET requests?

Here is a link to PayPal's explanation of what they are requiring.

Thanks for any information you can provide.

Zen Cart has always used the POST method for interacting with PayPal's NVP API. (And Zen Cart has never used the PayPal SOAP API.)
