Default (6) Could not resolve: api-3t.paypal.com (Could not contact DNS servers)

Hi can anybody tell me what this means exactly? we keep getting a message back from paypal with the following.

ALERT: PayPal Express Checkout Error ()

    - (6) Could not resolve: api-3t.paypal.com (Could not contact DNS servers)

I've already tried to resolve it from the server end.

    Thanks

I've just found out this is a Paypal issue and they are sorting it out. For some reason Paypal aren't shaking hands properly with some DNS servers, but they are with others. If the server is recognised in the DNS IP list at the PAYPAL end then it will throw up this error. This is happening to selective servers, so some servers may not throw up the error, others will. All we can do is wait until Paypal have updated everything their end, but I have been told by a source that there will be a temporary fix which will last a few days, followed by a full longer term fix.

Sorry I had to rewrite this so disregard the above message.
