Removing the "Congratulations!" writing

I followed this tutorial https://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?167 and it didn't work as the writing is still appearing on zencart even though I have deleted and left blank the space the "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart® E-Commerce Solution." message was.

This is how it is in the programming file in includes/languages/english/index.php

As you can see I followed the tutorial mentioned above to the letter but it didn't work. I am using zencart v1.5 hosted on cpanel/whm on my own server.

Any advice on how to remove the "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart® E-Commerce Solution." would be helpful as it doesn't fit in with my website?
