USPS Shipping Rates - Cannot get 1st Class rates to display, only Priority & Express

Hello,
I have a new 1.5.5 cart installed and working. Just added the USPS rates add-on, I can get Priority and Express Mail rates but nothing for 1st Class rates. I saw another post and set my 1st Class COMM ONLINE max weight to 1.0 and set the rates to 'Online' as opposed to 'Retail', still no 1st Class rates show up. Before I turn to drink, can someone give a clue as to what I might be doing wrong?

After jacking around with it the 1st Class Rates finally showed up, I did so many different things I'm not exactly sure which one did the trick, but I believe it was by removing the tare weight/percentage.
Problem resolved. I would deleted this thread if I could have to not waste your time. Thanks much!

Just note that with zero tare weight and a 16 ounce product weight, any packaging will put the order above the rate available for first class package or thick envelope weight. That's why we set the max 1st class weight at 14 ounces/0.875 pound and a 0.1 pound tare.
