    comes up on the screen if your address is outside the UK (we're LONDON UK based).
    How do we fix this problem?

    Welcome to ZC! And I mean that politely. Glad that you are seeking help for your issues.

    Start with identifying your shipping setup. Are zones used? What shipping methods are enabled? What are the sort orders of those enabled? Have you made any modifications to the default code for the shipping module? What method/rules are expected to be active for outside the UK?

    All these questions (and others may ask more) because we who offer assistance aren't logged into your admin/site to be able to test or investigate these settings and other differences. So, your help up front is greatly appreciated in order for others to help you.

    When did this problem first start?

    What was happening "before the problem started"? ie: what should I expect to see, and how are you certain that that "was" happening before?

    I experienced the same problem. But it was my fault.

    I had 2 items in my cart

    I had no shipping modules

    I had item that was VIRTUAL

    BUT

    I had one item that mistakenly was not VIRTUAL

    Solution was to go back to Product and make it Virtual like all of other items in my store. I tried to post this to a 2015 thread but it was closed.

    So, it's time to close this one too.
