I have the MailChimp sign up code on my existing site, but the style section and the css file link need to go in the head of the appropriate file. I know how to do that, but I don't know which file to put it in.
It appears, from looking at the top level index.php that it should go in /includes/modules/pages/PAGE_NAME/directory/header_php.php. But I can't determine which is the correct PAGE_NAME for the opening page.
I would have tried to work with the newsletter part of Zen-Cart but only the Newsletter Unsubscribe seems to be available.

Any chance of updating the instructions? MailChimp no longer uses straight html for their embedded code. I figured it out, but your instructions don't match what you actually need to do.

They change the procedure all the time. Every time someone hires me to install this, I update the instructions on my website, and it's slightly different every time.
