Is there a way to set up the Free Shipping option to only work if the customers order total AFTER any discounts is a certain amount? I offer a 10% off coupon code and free shipping if the order is over 100.00 but I want the order total after the 10% off is applied to end up being over 100.00 before the free shipping applies. As it is the cart doesn't differentiate between total in cart and total after discount so I am ending up with orders under 100.00 that are getting the free shipping.

I find it amazing this hasn't been addressed and no solutions provided. I have same problem and this seems just common sense -.Why calculate free shipping eligibility based on only the (GROSS) subtotaled amount??
