application error A matching lookup could not be found for this authorization

I recently upgraded from 1.5.1 to 1.5.5, and after fighting to get my database working everything appears ok except when I make test purchases after I check out this is what happens. It doesn't let me know if the order was completed or not. Is there a way to fix this so I do not have to start all over?

BTW my last backups were worthless to me after the database issues.

Are you using TaxCloud? If so, I found this link by Googling the error message you posted in that screenshot: https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread....TaxCloud-Addon

That message doesn't come from Zen Cart. It probably comes from your payment module, or some additional addon you've installed.

Thanks guys, I updated the Taxcloud plugin and it works fine now. I actually had not noticed that it was no longer collecting the taxes.
