I think you are looking for the multi site module. You can find it in the downloads section.

Either that, or have all their includes/configure.php and (as applicable to ZC version) admin/includes/configure.php point to the same DIR_WS_UPLOADS and DIR_FS_UPLOADS path... on the DIR_WS_UPLOADS, that may take a little "tweaking" throughout the code, if the location is not "easily" reachable by using just an "extension" off of the base URL, but DIR_FS_UPLOADS is a hard file path to the storage location and "wouldn't" matter.
