I am trying to edit the right side box that says Sponsors How do I find the file?

I am trying to edit the right side topmost cell. I can turn it off and on under layout box controllers and it appears
as sideboxes/banner_box_all.php.

I have searched for the file and cannot find it. Anyone know where it is?

What exactly do you want to edit? What do you want to change it to? Why?

Cuz ... there are multiple answers, depending on what you're really wanting to accomplish.

a) each "ad" shown there is controlled by the Admin->Tools->Banner Manager
b) and the specific banner groups that are assigned are configured in Admin->Configuration->Layout Settings
c) The title text which says "Sponsors" is in the english.php language file
