Custom Sub-Total for Invoice

Hi

I have been asked to create a product nett value (sub-total after a trade discount) and a total nett value (total cost with delivery but without VAT)

Please could anyone advise me how I can do this? I have seen a couple of forum posts, where the ot_subtotal files are copied, but they are several years old now,so I was a bit sceptical following them.

I welcome any help/advice given.

Generally speaking the age of the suggestion doesn't change the ability, the code may need a little modification as some thing have changed over the years (significant use of $_POST instead of $_GET, full declaration of variables such as arrays instead of just assigning array values to a variable, changes in existing php functions, etc...) but the basic structures, concepts, etc... are likely the same.

Perhaps you could identify the thread(s) at which the suggestions were made and further specific issues in accomplishing the request and assistance could be offered?
