Help Needed With Email Settings

I just wanted to know if these settings are correct as I have tried to send emails from my store as I wanted to make sure all emails that I Customers can reach who ever but none of the emails are coming threw as checked the email server?

I am onto my hosting company as i am writting this post. They are checking the mail settings for me.

Just so ev1 knows I have manged to do my email setting and emails are being received now

All i did was changed E-Mail Transport Method from smtp to smtpauth then it started receiving the emails from the store. the mail host is correct.

well it took me 7 hours to work it out.
